AI · My system

A system I work with every day.

It knows where my projects stand.

To me, AI systems are leverage for time, structure and execution. Here I show how my own works: what it handles today, what I never hand over — and where it still falls short.

Built by me · in daily use · not a product

How it fits together

I set the direction. The system keeps the state.

Before I open the first chat, the overview is already there.

This is how the overview the system writes every morning is structured. The contents of a day stay private.

Projects, appointments, open decisions — and what was left over from yesterday.

Why I built it

I didn’t want to start from zero every day.

In the beginning it was about exactly that.

  • New chat.
  • Explain the company.
  • Explain the project.
  • Justify the same decision for the third time.

My projects, my decisions, my learnings, my next steps — that should live somewhere my AI can find it. Without me retelling it every time.

Over months that became an operating system of my own. I call it JARVIS. I understood it by building, using, discarding and building again.

What it handles today

Five workflows that already run in my day‑to‑day.

Gold = where I decide · Cyan = the system

01

Morning brief

Every morning the overview is there — structured as shown above.

  1. Projects & calendar
  2. Overview
  3. Me (where I decide)
02

Content

A podcast episode becomes clips and texts for several channels. I decide what my system may publish. Automation works within my rules – not outside them.

  1. Podcast episode
  2. Clips & texts
  3. Approval (where I decide)
  4. Channels
03

Newsletter

For THE SIGNAL, my German-language newsletter, the system always keeps four upcoming issues planned, checks before each one whether something more relevant is happening, and prepares the draft. I approve the send.

  1. 4 issues planned
  2. Relevance check
  3. Draft
  4. Send (where I decide)
04

My capital

It reads numbers, runs scenarios and keeps my theses on record so I can check them later.

  1. Numbers
  2. Scenarios
  3. Thesis
  4. Decision (where I decide)
05

Memory

Decisions are recorded with their reasons. When I ask in three weeks why something is the way it is, the answer is there.

  1. Decision (where I decide)
  2. Recording
  3. Memory

My limits

What I never hand over.

A system can take work off my plate. It doesn’t get to take my understanding.

  • MoneyMoving money. No payment, purchase or sale runs through the system.
  • My namePublishing or sending anything under my name that I haven’t approved.
  • LegalContracts and anything that is legally binding.
  • DecisionThe decision itself. The system prepares, I decide.

Honestly

Where it falls short. And what it costs.

It’s only as good as my rules.

When I’m unclear, it’s consistently unclear. Most of the work is writing down cleanly how I decide.

It needs maintenance.

A service changes, a workflow breaks. Then I fix it instead of starting over.

It took months.

This isn’t a weekend setup. My whole system took months. The foundation underneath it — AI Brain, rules and state — is what AI OS Starter builds in far less time.

Start your own

The first piece is a memory.

THE BRAIN is your free way into exactly that idea: the model behind it and a guided start where you build the first small version of your own AI Brain. If that works for you, AI OS turns it into the complete foundation that belongs to you. On top of it you use the right AI for each job.

The other side is crypto: capital with clear rules. Each strong on its own. Together, more freedom. See Crypto Compass →
